An hour of exercising, an hour of laughter. Every class is different, we’ll use a lot of equipment, we’ll use our surroundings, we’ll use each other! A mixture of cardio and strength training, all at your own pace. Occasionally classes take place elsewhere, inside and out, depending on numbers and weather. We take to the countryside for this one! Primarily for those who like the relaxed pace and social aspect of a group run, we’re not aiming to keep up with Mo! We aim to cover around 5km in this hour, mostly at conversation pace but with some fartlek training thrown in for good measure. We’ll run some intervals at a faster pace, we’ll take advantage of the nearby inclines, I’ll track your progress and you’re guaranteed to get fitter than if you go it alone.
